This brand new cheese from King Stone Dairy is a semi-hard washed rind cow's milk cheese based on an Alpine style and aged for 6 months.

David Jowett of King Stone Dairy in Chedworth , Gloucestershire, wanted to capture the aromatic, herbal and floral flavours of the farm, with the aim to use as much of this aromatic grass-fed summer milk to make this long aged cheese a way of storing that delicious summer milk to be enjoyed long into the winter months.

The result, fruity and pineapple aromas, charred roast onion flavours and an irresistible nuttiness.
