Shipping policy

Delivery

We ship all of our UK shipments with APC Overnight. The cost is £6.99 for next day delivery Mainland United Kingdom service excluding Highlands and Islands. As the majority of our shipments are for chilled & perishable food items, we must ship via a next day service. The delivery charge is the cost we are charged by APC Overnight and is not inflated. All orders over £100 are free of charge.

As we are shipping mainly perishable food items, our arrangements with DPD local are to either deliver the item, leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you are not available to receive the item. DPD local will email and/or text the time you can expect the delivery to you. This also allows you to track the progress of your parcel on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window.

If you would like to order non-perishable or ambient goods where next day delivery is not imperative, please email us at sales@cotswoldcheese.com and we can work out a cheaper alternative for you.
