Made by Frasor Norton at Norton & Yarrow cheese near Henley on Thames Oxfordshire made using the milk of their own herd of pedigree Anglo Nubian goats. Brightwell has an ash coated rind with a ice cream like texture which is light, creamy & slightly tangy.
