Bibury is David Jowett's first ewe's milk cheese and we love it!

Bibury is made in the style of a mountain sheep's cheese, It has a smooth paste and complex flavours, tastes of hazelnuts, coconut, wildflower and a gentle hint of caramelised lamb fat and a lovely floral note that you would expect from a sheep's milk cheese.

Please Note, This cheese is seasonal and we are expecting it back in June.

Pasteurised Ewe's Milk
