The Baytree's delicious and moist handmade sponge cake with lots of dates and walnuts

Makes a high tea tasty.

Ingredients,  Sugar, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dates (dates, rice flour), egg, rapeseed oil, humectant: vegetable glycerine: walnuts (2%), modified starches (waxy maize, potato), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, propan 1, 2 diol esters of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl 2 lactylate, wheat starch, raising agents: disodum diphosphate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate; preservative: potassium sorbate; dextrose, dried whole egg, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium hydroxide; wheat gluten, stabiliser: xantham gum.
