How much cheese should I order for my guests?

We recommend allowing between 75g to 100g per guest.

Do you decorate the cakes or supply cheese boards?

Each wedding has its own individual style, and each of our cheesecakes is a blank canvas to reflect that. We do not supply any decorations, simply the delicious artisan cheeses. If you are looking for inspiration, we recommend using fruit, flowers, foliage, ribbons, bunting or candles.

We love to see your unique cakes and always appreciate images from our bride and grooms. Please do send them in!

How far in advance should I order the cheese wedding cake?

We recommend that you order your cheese wedding cake at least 10 days in advance of your wedding. Of course with so much to sort out for your big day you may like to order your cheeses before then which is no problem.  When you get to the checkout please state your preferred delivery date in the comments box. If your wedding is in less than 10 days please phone us on 01608 652862 and we will do everything possible to help.

I would like a certain cheese included in my cake or I would like something larger or smaller than those shown, is this possible?

We are able to adapt the cheeses and sizes of our wedding cakes according to your needs. Please call or email to discuss your requirements. Alternatively you can always order extra portions of the smaller cheeses or your favourites to ensure everyone gets to try everything. Simply add your favourite cheeses to your basket so there is enough for everyone to try everything.

When and where should I get my Cheese wedding cake delivered?

We recommend that your cheese wedding cake is delivered 2 days in advance of the wedding. We do not send out deliveries on Fridays or Saturdays so for a weekend we would deliver the cheese on a Thursday. Please state the desired delivery date in the comments box at the checkout. We can deliver to your home address or the reception venue, and will send you the tracking number by email. Just make sure you have enough space in your refrigerator!

Can I taste some of the cheeses?

You can order one of our online tasting boxes to ensure you like the cheeses prior to ordering the cake. Alternatively you can phone us to arrange a tasting session in any of our stores.

What should I serve with my cheese wedding cake?

We have a delicious array of crackers (including gluten free), chutneys and pickled fruits which will the perfect accompaniments to your wedding cheese cake. Add fresh fruits such as grapes, figs and apples, as well as nuts, pickles, fresh bread and cold meats for an evening buffet feast.
