An Accompaniment for game, soft cheeses and patés.  A delicious addition to sauces.

Eastgate Larder is a six acre small holding in North Norfolk.  Medlars are the last fruit to be harvested usually in November.

Ingredients: Medlar juice, sugar, lemon.
