A limited edition chutney, matured in glass for 6 months.

Eastgate Larder is a six acre small holding in North Norfolk.  Medlars are the last fruit to be harvested usually in November.

Ingredients: Medlar 65%, apple, muscovado sugar, cider vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard, fresh garlic, chilli and ginger, pepper, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin, salt.
